When I think of designing a pro model board graphic I usually try to put some meaning into it. It has to reflect me, and what is going on or has gone on in my life. As you probably know, I have been helping Nomis with designing clothes for a long time and it's been a big part of my life in the last bit. This year when I was thinking of my graphic I thought it would be cool to have an existing Nomis print incorporated on a board and have fun with it. Stepchild is all about having fun with everything we do, especially when we break or bend the industry rules. Snowboarders break rules all the time, that's part of being a snowboarder." - Simon
